What we collect

When you submit the "Request my plan" form on our training page, we collect the information you type into it: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and any optional message. We do not use a hidden tracking field, and we do not collect this information anywhere else on the site.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: so an onboarding specialist can review your request and contact you to discuss a plan — hours, pace, add-ons, and support level — built around what you're asking for. We do not use it for advertising retargeting, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you separately ask us to.

How long we keep it

We keep request details for up to 365 days from submission, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. It is used internally, by RS HOLDINGS SRL, to respond to your request.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond to reasonable requests.
